Tasting sessions at our Cellar Door are perfect for the wine curious, whether you’re a serious enthusiast seeking more knowledge about Ata Rangi and the region or just starting out on your wine journey.
Your Ata Rangi guided tasting experience is seated around a table in our beautiful bespoke wine room. This is a special opportunity to learn about the Ata Rangi story from our knowledgeable team, while enjoying a selection of our current wines. You may be joined by other likeminded wine enthusiasts but we reserve limited spaces for the Tasting Sessions to ensure the experience remains intimate and personal.
Our tasting sessions are suited to small groups seeking more knowledge, so maximum group size is 6 people.
Our wine shop is open daily offering a selection of wines to taste or you can simply drop by to purchase your favourite Ata Rangi wines. No need to make a booking for the wine shop, just come on by.

Monday through to Saturday at 11am & 2pm
Sunday tasting sessions are available by request for 11am only.
Tasting Sessions are $25 per person, or complimentary when wine is purchased.

Wine Shop & Cellar Door
Open 7 days from 10am — 4pm
Pop in for purchases & spontaneous tastings. This experience is suitable for smaller groups of 6 people or less due to available space and staff.
Tastings in the Wine Shop are $15 per person, or complimentary when wine is purchased.
No bookings required for the wine shop.

The Ata Rangi Cellar Door experience focuses on sharing our wine knowledge and tasting, we don’t have a food offering but many of our neighbouring Cellar Doors do have fantastic local food available.
